Think bubble baths, music montages, or whatever little things bring you lots of joy. Just beware of that retail therapy trap, yo. Yes, stuff can bring joy. You won’t need a mirror to mentally reflect on yourself, though. Probably. Indeed, you can channel these energies into thinking and seeking inside yourself. That could mean finding solutions for problems or even working to accept some part of yourself that you’ve been struggling with.
